The CMC-Forum became created to offer the CMC collectors a platform to talk about their hobby. It is a free forum and you can exchange your informations and experiences with other collectors from all around the world. Please note the following hint:

The posts in the CMC-Forum just reflect the opinion of the individual member. The informations, opinion or advices that users may post, are no challenge to a bargain or disposal of any CMC Product. Everything you read from any individual user is just his or her subjective perspective.

1. It is not allowed to post any comments that are apparently not true and may manipulate other members.
2. Aggressive or provocative postings are not allowed. It is also forbidden to discriminate or disturb any member of the forum.
3. Unsubstantial or off topic postings are not allowed.
4. The posting of any copyright protected material is not allowed if the rights holder does not agree to it.
5. We prohibit any post that violates any rights, is abusive, aspersive and damages the reputation or the business of anybody.
6. Junkmails, Spam and chain letters are formally forbidden.

Consequences, if somebody does not follow the forum rules:

1. If one of the above listed rules becomes broken from a forum member, the member will become banned permanently. We will control that ban over the IP-address.
2. The administrator from CMC Modelcars have the right to delete postings anytime without previous announcement or justification.
3. Each forum user is responsible for the correctness of his postings and the herefrom resulting judical consequences.
4. The CMC GmbH – Classic Model Cars is not responsible for the content of any link that becomes posted in the guestbook or in the forum. Also the CMC GmbH.
5. Classic Model Cars does reserve itself from any illegal content.
